We are united, but different, which allows us and our clients to achieve more together. By showing up honestly and openly, we discover new paths for growth and transformation.

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Our Story

After nearly four decades as a high-ranking executive in the Mortgage Lending industry, Founder Stacey Harding had an awakening. He realized that most people dedicate their entire adult lives to chasing success and financial security, often neglecting their happiness, family, and well-being. This relentless pursuit, while contributing to technological progress and innovation in the world, most often leaves souls and hearts scarred and unfulfilled

Through his personal experiences of loss in his own pursuit of success, financial gain, and professional acclaim, Stacey recognized the need for profound change in his own life. A perpetual learner, he came to the deep understanding that genuine happiness, inner peace, and fulfillment can only be attained by aligning one's actions with their deeply rooted values and purpose, always with a focus on serving others. 

In collaboration with Al Killeen and Integrative Mastery Programs (IMP), Hourglass Consulting Group emerged.

This organization is dedicated to providing transformative coaching and consulting services to individuals, teams, and organizations of all sizes. HCG is resolute in its mission to assist people and organizations in discovering their unique, divinely-inspired purpose, positioning them to lead authentic lives and make significant impact in the world without the burden of end-of-life regrets.
